Twice annual onsite audits shall be conducted in similar fashion to a CLIA survey to assess compliance. A checklist shall be utilized to itemize each aspect of laboratory operations and recommendations will be acted upon as a method of quality improvement in order to achieve and maintain laboratory compliance.
